PS Plus Announces Games for September 2020

The last week of any month is always an exciting time for Play Station Plus subscribers as they look forward to new games being released. With August nearing end, the much-awaited list of games for September has been announced by Sony.

It is a double bonanza for subscribers next month. Not only are there new games to play, but there are also a couple of freebies thrown in. The subscribers can claim PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Street Fighter V for free till October 5. These two games combined make September a compelling period for PS Plus subscribers.

Street Fighter V was first released in 2016 and is a veteran in the Play Station ecosystem. Over the years, the game has evolved with several updates adding tougher stages and new characters. The game is now in its fifth and final season; however, that has not dampened its popularity. Despite Street Fighter V being more than four years old, it is still highly rated by the experts and has managed to live up to the enthusiasts’ expectations. Peter Brown, a well-known critic of the gaming industry, gives Street Fighter V a good 7/10 mainly because of its ability to bring in fresh surprises in every update.

Sony will be celebrating the arrival of Street Fighter V on PS Plus in style. Beginning September 4, the company will be holding several tournaments with cash prizes and exclusive goodies for the winners.

There is massive news for PS Plus subscribers for September. PUBG, a game that took the world by storm and created history when it was released in 2017, is back with a bang – but free in September. The game is a severe test of proficiency in accurate gunplay and the ability to read a large map to chart the courses. PUBG is second to none when it comes to strategic battles and unpredictable stages. After the outrageous success of Fall Guys in August, PUBG is expected to keep the tempo flowing for Sony.

Traditionally, Sony releases games on PS Plus every month on the first Tuesday, which means that the new titles will be received on September 1, 2020.
